These are the hall groups on the official floor-plan menu and on each directory row. Their outlines are unknown.

Wayfinding notes

Entrance numbers below are from the on-site pages. They are not hall polygons.

• West registration. On-site information: main attendee registration and badge pick-up are in the Excel London West Entrance on Level 1 at entrances S1 and S2.
• East registration. On-site information: a registration and badge pick-up area is in the East Boulevard Entrance on Level 1, near entrances S11 and N11.
• Registration as described in exhibitor FAQs. Exhibitor FAQs: registration is inside the hall next to entrances S1/S2 and in the boulevard opposite entrances S10/N10.
• SensoryCalm Quiet Room. Supervised Quiet Room in S10 Lower Organisers’ Office. Tuesday and Wednesday 12:00–17:00 BST. Thursday 12:00–16:00 BST.
• Cloakrooms. Complimentary cloakrooms on level 0, down the stairs between hall entrances N4 and S4, and at the east end of the venue on level 0.
• First aid. First aid point on Level 0 on the boulevard, down the stairs near the entrances to halls N4 and S4.
• Multi-faith prayer room. Accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.
• Family room. Located near the S9 entrance.
• ATMs. One ATM inside Excel London between N4 and N5 hall entrances, and one on the lower ground car park level between S5 and N5 entrances.
• Lost property. Health and safety office in organiser’s office S7 on the lower ground.
